Fuel Rewards continue to grow as Saveway Market in Salmon, Idaho, Blair’s Market in Powell Wyoming and Mike’s Foodtown in Beaver, Utah are all launching fuel rewards programs in March with stations they own or a local partnership in town.

“These retailers have been hard at work preparing for and training their teams to support these programs,” said Jason Sokol, vice president of marketing, AFS. “We’d like to congratulate them for their efforts and look forward to learning more about their results over the next year.”

Many teams and partners throughout “One AFS” work together to execute these types of initiatives. Launching a fuel rewards program requires support from several teams including retail technology, rewards and marketing. Additionally, AFS teams depend on several key partners including BRdata (rewards, store app), eCom Systems (websites) and Electrum (fuel station interface/integration) for their expertise.

“Efforts like these are great examples of what ‘One AFS’ is all about,” said Jessica Cronin, AFS rewards manager. “It’s AFS retailers, AFS teams and technology partners all coming together to deliver great products and services to the many shoppers and communities we serve.”
