The national nonprofit, Operation Homefront, distributed gift cards and meal kits complete with all the essentials for a traditional holiday meal to military families at the Kent’s Market parking lot in Roy on Friday, November 11. During this year’s Holiday Meals for Military®, Operation Homefront will put meals on the tables of more than 17,000 military families nationwide.

During the event at Kent’s, KBULL 93 also held their “Horns for Hunger” food donation event.

“This is the fourth time Kent’s has hosted this event,” said Emily Butlin, marketing manager. “It’s great to work with these member stores who, like so many other independent retailers, have such a passion for helping their communities.”
