Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (11oz) bag Crav’n Flavor Yellow Corn Triangle Tortilla Chips
  • 1 ½ cups black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup canned whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cups cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat, and season with taco seasoning mix.
  3. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top with ground beef, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato and red onion. Drizzle the sour cream over nachos and sprinkle with cilantro and jalapeño.
