Celebrate the end of summer with these delicious grilled pork chops.

4 bone-in ¼ inch thick pork chops
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil


  1. Combine all seasoning together and set aside
  2. Rinse and dry pork chops and coat in olive oil
  3. Rub the seasoning onto both sides of the pork chops. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Bring pork to room temperature and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.
