Farr West Employee Referral Incentive
The best source of applicants and hires is from existing team members. We want to encourage existing team members to actively recruit potential new hires, especially order selectors. Associated Food Stores is willing to give a substantial reward (referral bonus) to those who successfully recruit candidates, help the person get hired, and support them in their initial training at our Farr West Distribution Center. Team Members who recruit candidates, help the person get hired, and support them in their initial training will receive a $600 referral bonus in a one-time, lump-sum payout. The $600 payout will show up on the paycheck of the referring team member on the next regular payroll after the referred and hired team member completes 30 days of employment. The payout will show on paycheck stubs and RBC communications.
