ARO Announces December Appreciation Payment 

To thank team members for their hard work and dedication in serving store guests and their communities during the busy holidays and throughout the year, Associated Retail Operations (ARO) announced an appreciation payment this week. 

Store directors were provided details about the payment and information will be posted in each store. Additionally, letters are available from store directors outlining amounts and other specifics about the payments. All payments will be delivered on December 10, 2021. 

In the team member letter, David Rice, president of ARO and Darin Peirce, vice president of ARO expressed gratitude and appreciation to the team. “Thank you for your passion and commitment in building a better company every day. Please have a very merry holiday season. We wish you and your family good health, peace, and happiness.”
