Jordan Resch has spent a total of 26 years with Associated Food Stores and his career path has taken him through nearly every level of store operations.

Jordan recently accepted a new role as an ARO center store operations specialist. In his new assignment, Jordan oversees center store operations for 16 ARO stores. Most of the stores he works with are located in northern Utah, with others across the east and west sides of Salt Lake City and in Tooele.

Over the years, Jordan has worked as a courtesy clerk, GM clerk, GM assistant manager, GM manager, center store leader, perishable leader, assistant store leader, and his most recent role as store director at Macey’s Providence.

“The thing I am most excited for is being able to work alongside team members in multiple stores and make a difference,” Jordan said. “I want to help them accomplish what they need in the center store.”

Jordan says the opportunities he has received through ARO and Associated Food Stores have shaped his career and helped him grow both personally and professionally.

“Jordan’s experience makes him a great fit for this role,” said Mike Cameron, center store sales manager. “He understands store operations at every level, and I’m excited to see the impact he will have across our stores.”

“The thing I enjoy most about ARO/AFS is the opportunities I have been given to grow, learn and thrive in this company,” Jordan said.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting. He also loves traveling and taking vacations with his family whenever he gets the chance.

Andrew Haycock, who was previously a store director a South Ogden Fresh Market, is the new store director at Macey’s Providence.
